2. What we collect
We collect two categories of data on this website:
- Information you give us — for example, the contents of an email if you reach out via one of the contact addresses on the site.
- Information collected automatically — if you accept analytics cookies, we receive aggregated usage data (pages visited, time on page, referring source, approximate location, device and browser type) via Google Analytics 4. If you reject analytics cookies, no analytics cookies are set and only anonymous, cookieless pings are sent for aggregate measurement.
3. Why we process this data
- To respond to your inquiries — legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to people who contact us) or pre-contractual steps at your request.
- To understand and improve the website — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site secure and operational — legal basis: legitimate interest.

5. Who we share data with
We use Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) as a processor for website analytics. Google may transfer data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share data with advertisers.
6. How long we keep data
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months and then automatically deleted.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your data is being mishandled.
